Fernando Tapia Rodriguez is a photographer, sculptor, and art director. His work exists in the shadows and light of California and the North Mexican-American border. Born in Mexico City and based in San Francisco, Fernando has exhibited his work in galleries, public spaces, and unique venues worldwide.
